Community workshop booking rules

A community centre offers rooms for workshops, meetings and small exhibitions. Bookings must be submitted at least ten days before the event. The centre confirms requests in writing; submitting a form alone does not create a reservation. Events ending after 9 p.m. require an additional caretaker fee.

Organisers may cancel without charge up to seven days before the event. Later cancellations are charged at 50 per cent of the room fee, unless the cancellation is caused by an official severe-weather warning. Food may be served, but cooking with open flames is prohibited. The organiser is responsible for leaving the room in its original condition.
