Digital museum pass

The city museum has introduced a digital annual pass. The pass is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and allows unlimited entry to the permanent collection. Temporary exhibitions are included only when this is stated in their individual programme.
Pass holders must present both the digital pass and a photo ID. The pass is personal and cannot be transferred. Visitors who lose access to their phone can request a printed replacement at the ticket desk; the first replacement is free, while later replacements cost five euros. Guided tours are not included in the annual pass.
