A local theatre offers a membership programme with discounted tickets. Members receive a 20 per cent discount on regular evening performances, but not on charity events or externally produced shows. Membership starts immediately after payment and lasts for one year.
Tickets bought with the discount may be exchanged up to 24 hours before a performance, subject to availability. They cannot be refunded for cash. If the theatre cancels a performance, members may choose a replacement date or receive a full refund. The programme does not guarantee access to sold-out performances.
